Tour Package Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Services Offered

Swarna Champa provides an online travel platform and related assistance covering products and services such as flights, hotels, vacation packages, tours, cruises, transportation and travel insurance-related arrangements. We may act as an agent in relation to bookings made on a customer's behalf.

2. Quotes and Availability

Quotes are based on the details provided by the customer and remain subject to availability. A quote may be varied or withdrawn before confirmation.

3. Booking Confirmation

To proceed with a booking, the customer must pay the applicable deposit or amount communicated during the booking process. A booking confirmation will state the booked services and any remaining balance or due date.

4. Payment

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees using approved payment methods unless otherwise expressly agreed. Customers remain responsible for any bank, card or currency-exchange charges applied by their financial institution.

5. Service and Booking Fees

We reserve the right to charge service fees, booking fees or payment-related fees where applicable. Any such charges will be disclosed during the booking process.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to availability and the applicable supplier's rules. Additional charges may apply. Please refer to the published Cancellation & Refund Policy and the specific terms communicated with your booking.

7. Travel Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to arrange appropriate travel insurance for risks associated with travel, including cancellations, medical emergencies and loss or damage to personal belongings.

8. Liability and Third-Party Suppliers

We will endeavor to ensure that confirmed travel services are supplied as booked. However, we do not control third-party suppliers and are not responsible for failures or defaults caused or contributed to by third parties beyond our reasonable control. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.

9. Website and Service Availability

We do not warrant that the website, mobile applications or services will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
